TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by [Rob Jewitt Photography] (“the Studio”) located in Southampton, UK. By booking a session with the Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or by direct contact with the Studio.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your photography session.
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Failure to pay the deposit within 48 hours of booking may result in the cancellation of your booking

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their booking.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to additional charges at the discretion of the Studio.
• In the event the Studio must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, any deposits paid will be refunded or applied to the rescheduled session.

4. Arrival and Session Timing

• Please arrive on time for your session. Any delays in your arrival may reduce the amount of time available for your photoshoot.
• If you arrive more than 45 mins late without prior notice, the Studio reserves the right to cancel the session, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Usage Rights and Copyright

• All images created by the Studio remain the property of the Studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• The Studio reserves the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use images for personal or commercial use, subject to payment in full for the session.

6. Image Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered digitally within a week after the session.
• Clients will be provided with a selection of edited images as per the package purchased. Additional images or edits can be purchased for an extra fee.

7. Liability

• The Studio will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of its clients during the photoshoot. However, the Studio will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused during the session unless due to the negligence of the Studio.
• In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Studio from fulfilling the session, liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the service.

8. Client Responsibilities

• It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any specific requirements or expectations for the photoshoot in advance.
• The client must ensure that all relevant permissions and releases (e.g., model releases) are obtained where necessary.

9. Force Majeure

The Studio will not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, power failure, or accidents.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
